A $100,000 gift from Nicole Walsh to the Walsh Family Fund is supporting the research of Sahar Nissim, MD, PhD, focused on pioneering approaches to intercept pancreatic cancer before it develops. The funding will support the study of precancerous lesions and their progression to invasive cancer, providing critical insights to guide new strategies for cancer interception.
