Swim Across America’s Boston Open Water Swim raised $335,000 in 2025 to benefit patients who receive care at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and their families. Raising over $3.8 million since 1996, the organization continues to “Make Waves to Fight Cancer” and fuel critical survivorship research at Dana-Farber. This year’s event will be Aug. 15, 2026.
