For more than 25 years, Expect Miracles Foundation has united leaders across the financial services industry and beyond to advance life-saving cancer research and support those impacted by the disease. Now, with a generous $1.1 million gift to Dana-Farber Cancer Institute’s Robert and Renée Belfer Center for Applied Cancer Science, the Foundation is deepening its impact and helping to drive the next generation of targeted cancer therapies.
Founded on the belief that business leaders can be powerful agents of change, Expect Miracles Foundation raises funds through signature events including its East Coast and Atlantic Coast Classic golf tournaments, annual galas in Boston and New York City, a peer-to-peer Distance Challenge, and marathon teams across the country. Through these efforts—and the extraordinary generosity of the Expect Miracles community—the organization has raised more than $15 million cumulatively for Dana-Farber.

Its researchers collaborate closely with pharmaceutical and biotechnology partners to translate promising laboratory findings into clinical advances for patients.

Livingston, MD, Chair at Dana-Farber. “Their generosity fuels discovery and collaboration—two essential ingredients for progress in the fight against cancer.” Expect Miracles Foundation’s dedication to defying cancer has earned them widespread recognition, including the 2025 Boston Red Sox Jimmy Fund Award for their outstanding commitment to Dana-Farber’s lifesaving mission. Their latest gift continues that tradition, emboldening their belief that with community, compassion, and perseverance, miracles aren’t just possible—they’re expected.
