The Pew Charitable Trusts provided $430,000 in support of Dana-Farber Cancer Institute researchers Evanna Mills, PhD, and Brenda Nakagaki, PhD. The investment will fuel investigations into how metabolic dysfunction impacts immune cell function, particularly macrophages, and triggers harmful inflammation in different cells and tissues.
