Legendary rock icon Sir Roger Daltrey, lead singer of The Who and co-founder of Teen Cancer America (TCA), visited Dana-Farber Cancer Institute on Aug. 26 to mark the 10th anniversary of Dana-Farber’s partnership with TCA. Daltrey spent time with teen and young adult patients as well as Dana-Farber staff, celebrating a decade of collaboration to improve care for adolescent and young adult cancer patients. Through the HomeGoods Young Adult Lounge, Dana-Farber’s Center for Young Adults provides vital support, connection, and creative programs. Later that evening, Daltrey performed in front of patients, faculty, and staff with his legendary bandmates at Fenway Park as part of The Who’s Farewell Tour.
