With a gift of $300,000, William and Wendy Powers are supporting research by Steven Treon, MD, PhD. Treon and his team in the Bing Center for Waldenström’s Macroglobulinemia are working to develop and test compounds that target the MYD88 signaling pathway—the critical pathway that permits Waldenström’s cells to grow and survive.
