The 2024 Boston Red Sox Jimmy Fund Award—the Jimmy Fund’s highest honor—was presented to The Herb Chambers Companies and Team Beans in August.

Herb Chambers has been a partner of the Jimmy Fund since 2015. They have supported numerous events and programs over the years, including the 2024 Jimmy Fund Scooper Bowl®, and officially surpassed $1 million in cumulative giving in 2023.

Andrew Kaczynski and Rachel Ensign formed Team Beans in memory of their daughter, Francesca, who was affectionately known as “Beans.” Francesca passed away from a rare brain tumor at 9 months old in 2020. Team Beans has raised over $3.5 million to support infant brain cancer research at Dana-Farber through the Pan-Mass Challenge, along with the Boston Marathon® and New York City Marathon.
