We mourn the untimely passing of Scott Edwards, a science writer whose work graced the pages of Impact for more than 10 years. Scott’s exceptional ability to translate complex science into engaging and compelling research reports and articles made him an invaluable member of the Dana-Farber community. With a particular focus on research in hematologic malignancies such as leukemia, lymphoma, and Waldenström’s macroglobulinemia, Scott had a role in some of the largest gifts the Institute has ever received. His kind, can-do, collaborative nature endeared him to all, and he will be sorely missed.
