The Donaldson Charitable Trust gave nearly $195,000 to support the PROMISE study led by Irene Ghobrial, MD. This nationwide study aims to better understand the higher rates of a multiple myeloma precursor condition in older adults who are Black or who have a close family member with blood cancer.
