The Free ME from Lung Cancer Research Fund doubled its impact, matching a previous gift of $100,000 to support research conducted by Jia Luo, MD, in Dana-Farber’s Lowe Center for Thoracic Oncology. Investment from the Maine-based non-profit will fuel immunotherapy research for patients with an aggressive and underfunded type of lung cancer.
