Arbella plays an MVP role in the Jimmy Fund’s mission to strike out cancer

A longtime partner of Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and the Jimmy Fund, Arbella Insurance Group continued its steadfast support of Dana-Farber’s mission throughout 2023, living out the company’s motto of: “Here. For Good.” With additional support through their foundation, Arbella—the Official Auto Insurance Partner of Dana-Farber and the Jimmy Fund—helps raise funds year-round through several initiatives, including a discount program for Massachusetts drivers and through their annual “Pink Day,” which raises both funds and awareness for cancer screening and prevention.

Arbella’s commitment to striking out cancer is present throughout the year, most notably as the presenting sponsor of the WEEI/NESN Jimmy Fund Radio-Telethon, and as a sponsor of the Jimmy Fund Scooper Bowl® presented by Herb Chambers, Boston Marathon® Jimmy Fund Walk presented by Hyundai, Jimmy Fund Day at Fenway presented by DraftKings, and Jimmy Fund Golf presented by Mohegan Sun. The Arbella Insurance Foundation also generously donates $50 for each strikeout a Red Sox pitcher throws each season, up to $100,000.

Thanks to Arbella, the Jimmy Fund community also regularly enjoys a look behind the scenes at Dana-Farber, through the popular “Unsung Heroes of Dana-Farber” social media campaign, showing staff such as janitors, research coordinators, and others who play a “Most Valuable Player” role in support of Dana-Farber’s mission.
