The Cancer Couch Foundation has granted $225,000 to support the work of Daniel Abravanel, MD, PhD. The funds will drive Abravanel’s research on how drug resistance arises in metastatic breast cancer and foster the development of innovative strategies for improving treatments for patients with this challenging form of the disease.
