Keep Smiling Beautiful is a 5K race hosted by the family of Chelsea Smith, to champion research into hepatocellular carcinoma—liver cancer—by Chelsea’s doctor, Allison O’Neill, MD, at Dana-Farber. Each year, in Chelsea’s honor, O’Neill runs this 5K which has raised more than $115,000 since 2017.
