The William Randolph Hearst Foundations gave $200,000 to fund two one-year Nurse Practitioner Adult Palliative Care Fellowships at Dana-Farber, to support two nurse practitioners in the Department of Psychosocial Oncology and Palliative Care, where the focus on treating the whole person—mind, body, and spirit—helps provide patients with relief from the symptoms, pain, and stress of a serious illness.
