Nearly 300 blood and platelet donors from the Kraft Family Blood Donor Center were invited to Gillette Stadium for the annual Kraft Family Blood Donor Center Breakfast of Champions on April 30. Faculty from Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and Brigham and Women’s Hospital highlighted the importance of blood and platelet donations—which was further illuminated by blood donation recipient David Hale, who shared his inspiring story. Institute Trustee Dan Kraft, president of The Kraft Group-International who, along with the Kraft Family, hosts the annual event, thanked those in attendance for their lifesaving contributions.
