The Colorectal Cancer Alliance made a $150,000 grant to Dana-Farber to fund research into new treatments for colorectal cancer, the third most common type of cancer worldwide. Building on previous research, a Dana-Farber team is working to develop a novel class of therapeutics designed to promote cancer cell death by inducing cancer cell maturation.
